I choose  TEDTalk is "Why we have too few women leaders" delivered by Sheryl Sandberg

Outline

A:     Sheryl Sandberg first expresses woman’s lucky in modern times but also points out the unfair phenomenon towards women.

B:     She comes up another issue that women face harder choices between professional success and personal fulfillment.

C:     She gives three suggestions to women who work in the workforce and analyze each with persuasive examples

        I: sit the table

        II: make your partner real partner

        III: don't leave before you leave

D:      End by Sanderg’s hope, our generation cannot change the situation. She hopes the next generation can change the statue of woman in workforce

What’s useful:

I like the basic layout is very clearly and appropriate tone, words and images combined with perfectly

What’s not useful:

Much statistics analyze is too burdensome. I need to delete some information.

How does this model accommodate the content:

 At the beginning of this infographic, there is a woman’s picture, I can add elements as what a woman in workplace looks like. In the analysis of statistic part, I can show the statistic that women are suffering unfair situation in workplace. Finally, some useful suggestions given to women in workplace can be added to the final infographic part.
